Returns may be denied if products are not shipped back with all the parts and accessories originally included with the purchase or if the items have been modified, damaged, or tampered with. LunchEAZE comes with a 1 year warranty for the physical base unit only, for manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by normal wear and tear, water damage, food spillage, or any other malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in manufacturing. The warranty does not guarantee functions of the mobile app on your specific phone or tablet.  The warranty also excludes accessories such as the insulated bag, container, and charger. To obtain warranty service, follow these simple steps:

    best heated lunch pail so far…I use it for my breakfast and lunches..I love it and so does my husband.

    Bought the double pack in September of 2019 for my husband. He uses it everyday for work. The other base is not working properly. When I turn it on to set the time for meals, the screen just turn completely white for 5 minutes then it would turn off. It’s annoying because I would have to keep asking my husband to use the app on his phone to set the time for meals. I don’t know if this has a warranty or something. I would definitely return this back or atleast exchange it to a functional one.

      Hello Marilyn! Yes, one-year warranty is included with every purchase but if your order is past one year, we can still provide repairs for a fee. But it sounds like this issue can be easily fixed with a reset! Just press and hold the “power” button until the counter reaches 0, then press and hold the “enter” button while holding the “power” button at the same time.     Great idea and i would give it a 5 star but for the money I spent one would think all the “kinks” would have been worked out, I tryed every lid and tray combo i could but in the end i couldn’t get it to Sill good enough to make it spill proof .Not to mention that i spent extra money on the upgrade bag thinking it would make a difference but it didn’t.It looks like you don’t get what you pay for on this one!!!!!

As for the upgraded bag, we are so sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations! It is much more durable with better compartments, materials, and zippers than the standard bag.
