30 Day Return Policy (From Delivery Date)

First, we owe you a “thank you!” for shopping with LunchEAZE. Nothing makes us happier than satisfied customers and we will always do our very best to deliver an amazing product and stellar customer experience. For any purchase made directly through, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply follow these easy steps for a full refund minus shipping costs.

  1. Email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

 3. We will give you a full refund minus any shipping fees after receiving back the items.

Returns may be denied if products are not shipped back with all the parts and accessories originally included with the  purchase or if the items have been modified, damaged, or tampered with. Furthermore, we will not accept returns with food stains or spills. We retain the right to decline any returns with damaged items or charge a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the products.

1 Year Warranty (From Order Date Included with Your Purchase)

LunchEAZE comes with a 1 year warranty for the physical base unit only, for any manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by normal wear and tear, water damage, food spillage, or any other malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in manufacturing. The warranty does not guarantee functions of the mobile app on your specific phone or tablet. 

The use of any charger not originally purchased from LunchEAZE, or use of any containers not purchased from LunchEAZE, automatically voids the warranty. Repairs that must be made for damages resulting from such use is subjected to a repair fee of $50.

The warranty also excludes accessories such as the insulated bag, container, charger, and battery.

When shipping your unit for repairs, please ensure your unit is free of food spills and stains or your repair will be subjected to a $15 cleaning fee.

To obtain warranty service, follow these simple steps:

  2. Ship your product to us (shipping fees not included).
  3. We will repair the unit and ship it back to you free of charge!


You can extend the 1 Year Warranty to 2 Years for $12 or 3 Years for $24. Just add the “Standard” or “Extended” Warranty to your Cart.
