For any purchase made directly through LunchEAZE.com, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. The 30-day deadline starts from your order's delivery date.

 

The customer is responsible for shipping all items of their order back to our address. We are not liable for lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping items back for a return.  

 

Returns may be denied if products are not shipped back with all the parts and accessories originally included with the  purchase or if the items have been modified, damaged, or tampered with. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping for denied returns.

 

Returns will not be accepted for used items with food spills, stains, dirt, and other impurities. We retain the right to either decline such returns or charge a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the products.
