Warranty Policy

Every LunchEAZE comes with a free 1 year warranty for the base unit and the included battery, for any manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Customers must provide proof of purchase to claim warranty service. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty can be extended by purchasing an Additional Year (when available), or via promotional events and sales. The battery’s warranty coverage extends to a maximum of 2 years total.

  • The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by water damage, impact, drop or any other malfunctions or damages not resulting from manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover losing the unit due to misplacement, forgetfulness, theft, or seizure.
  • Accessories are covered for 1 year max. This includes but not limited to, lids, meal containers, insulated bags, extra batteries and chargers, car inverters, bottles, tumblers, ice packs, and utensil sets.
  • The warranty does not guarantee functions of the mobile app on your specific phone or tablet, if available.
  • Damages caused by the use of any charger, battery, or meal container not originally purchased from LunchEAZE automatically voids the warranty. 
  • Any attempt to disassemble, open, modify, or otherwise misuse the product or accessories in any way voids the warranty.
  • Repair fees for damages not under the warranty start at $30 and may increase based on the extent of the repair. An estimate will be provided prior to service. This includes any replacement parts, labor, and return shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the unit back to us for repairs.
  • In order to claim warranty, an image of the entire product must be provided. Zoomed in or cropped images alone can be rejected, since full full verification of the damaged part may not be possible. Do NOT throw away broken parts without instructions from a support agent, otherwise your warranty may be at risk.

To obtain warranty service, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us via our website and send us a notification.

2. We will get in touch with you so we can help determine the problem and find the most appropriate solution for you.

3. Ship your base unit to our address with the shipping service of your choice.

4. We will repair your unit when received and ship it back to you as quickly as possible. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when sending the unit back for repairs, but LunchEAZE will cover the shipping cost of the repaired unit back to your address.

Please ensure your unit is disinfected, clean, and void of food spills, dirt, stains, and other impurities as per courtesy for our Support team.

Please ensure that your unit is wrapped and packaged properly with bubble wrap or foam. We are not responsible for any damages during shipment resulting from improper packaging by the customer and repairs on such damages may be completed with an additional fee.

*Gen 1 products come with a 1 year warranty, or if the option was available at the time or purchase, an extended warranty.

Extend your Warranty

When available, you can extend the included warranty for an additional price. Simply select the “Extended Warranty” option when you select your model and add your desired option to your Cart. The extended warranty covers all the same items as the included warranty, Extended warranty can only be purchased within 30 days of the purchase date. The availability of extended warranties may not always be an available option.

KidCare Insurance

The LunchEAZE KidCare Insurance is an optional protection plan offered by ReliantEMS Corp for LunchEAZE Junior units. It is designed to provide coverage for accidental damage caused by everyday use, including drops, impacts, and spills.

This policy is not a manufacturer’s warranty and does not replace or extend the standard one-year manufacturing warranty that comes free with all LunchEAZE products. Instead, it supplements the warranty by covering damage resulting from accidents or misuse that are not covered by the standard warranty.

1. Coverage Period

KidCare coverage begins on the date of delivery of the LunchEAZE Junior unit and remains active for the duration of the policy term selected at purchase. The policy may be renewed annually at ReliantEMS Corp’s discretion.
Coverage applies only while the policy remains active and paid in full.

2. Coverage Scope

KidCare covers accidental damage resulting from:

  • Drops, falls, or other impact-related breakage

  • Spills, splashes, or other minor liquid contact that causes damage

  • Structural damage caused by misuse that affects device operation

If the unit is damaged in any of the above ways, ReliantEMS Corp will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or equivalent model.

Coverage includes the main LunchEAZE Junior base unit and internal battery. Accessories such as meal containers, lids, chargers, and insulated bags are not covered unless specified by a promotional policy.

3. Exclusions

KidCare Insurance does not cover the following:

  • Lost, misplaced, stolen, or confiscated products

  • Damage caused intentionally, maliciously, or through gross negligence

  • Damage due to fire, flooding, or other natural disasters

  • Consumable items and accessories (meal containers, lids, chargers, bags, etc.)

  • Cosmetic scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by third-party chargers, containers, or modifications

  • Damage that occurred before the purchase of KidCare coverage

ReliantEMS Corp reserves the right to determine whether reported damage qualifies as accidental under this policy.

4. Claim Requirements

To submit a claim under KidCare:

  1. Provide proof of purchase showing both the LunchEAZE Junior and the active KidCare policy.

  2. Submit photographic or video evidence clearly showing the damaged product and affected area. Cropped or incomplete images may be rejected.

  3. Do not discard damaged components until instructed by a LunchEAZE Support representative.

  4. Ship the unit to ReliantEMS Corp once a return authorization is issued.
    The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unit to us. LunchEAZE covers the return shipping of the repaired or replacement unit, unless otherwise authorized by ReliantEMS Corp

5. Repair and Replacement

Upon receipt of the damaged product, ReliantEMS Corp will inspect and determine whether repair or replacement is warranted.

  • If the product is repairable, ReliantEMS Corp will repair and return it.

  • If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement unit of the same or equivalent model will be issued.

  • Replacements may be new or refurbished at ReliantEMS Corp’s discretion.

  • The repaired or replacement unit will continue to be covered for the remainder of the active KidCare policy term only.

6. Policy Limitations

  • Each policy covers one LunchEAZE Junior unit and is non-transferable.

  • The maximum number of covered claims per policy year is two (2). Additional incidents may incur standard out-of-warranty repair fees.

  • The coverage does not apply to commercial, institutional, or rental use.

  • ReliantEMS Corp is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipment caused by improper packaging or carrier mishandling.

7. Termination and Renewal

The policy automatically expires at the end of the paid coverage term. ReliantEMS Corp may offer renewal options.
Coverage automatically terminates if:

  • Payment for the policy lapses or is refunded,

  • Fraudulent claims are submitted,

  • The product is replaced with a non-LunchEAZE unit.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReliantEMS Corp’s liability under this policy is limited solely to repair or replacement of the covered product.
ReliantEMS Corp is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of meals, data, or income.
No agent, reseller, or distributor is authorized to modify or extend the terms of this policy.

9. How to Obtain Service

To obtain KidCare service, please contact our Support team via the official LunchEAZE website. Our agents will verify your coverage, review your claim, and provide return instructions.

30 Day Return Policy

First, we owe you a “thank you!” for shopping with LunchEAZE. Nothing makes us happier than satisfied customers and we will always do our very best to deliver an amazing product and stellar customer experience. 

For any purchase made directly through LunchEAZE.com, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply follow these easy steps for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Holiday Returns: For orders placed between Nov 1st to Dec 25th of any year, returns are eligible until the next January 31st. Other than the extended date, Holiday Returns follow the same other policies as standard returns.

1. Contact us via our website within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

2. After approval from our customer service team, safely package and ship all purchased items back to us within 10 days at:

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned items back to LunchEAZE, including packing and all shipping fees. Returns must be shipped within 10 days of return approval. Shipping delays beyond customer control will not automatically invalidate the return.

3. We will give you a refund depending on the condition of the return:
-If the box is unopened, the customer receives a full refund minus shipping costs
-If the box is opened, an automatic $15 restocking fee is deducted from the refund. This is because we cannot restock the meal containers once they have left our facility, for health and safety reasons. This applies even if the containers still have their plastic covers. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item

Returns may be denied if products are not shipped back with all the parts and accessories originally included with the purchase or if the items have been modified, damaged, or tampered with. Furthermore, we will not accept returns with food stains or spills. We retain the right to decline any returns with damaged items or charge a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the products.

Shipping Policy

After your order is picked up by our shipping carrier and leaves our facility, LunchEAZE is not liable for issues arising due to the shipping provider delaying, damaging, or losing a package. Lost packages, missed deliveries, and damages caused by the shipping company must be addressed with the shipping company (usually UPS or USPS) directly. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are the responsibility of the customer. Please verify shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

In the case of lost packages, file a claim with the shipping provider. Upon receiving an approved claim, you may send that approval to us and we will gladly replace your order. For non-USA orders, follow the same process, but import taxes, duties, and VATs are not eligible for compensation. Customers are responsible for filing shipping claims directly with the carrier.
