1 Year Warranty Policy

Every LunchEAZE and LunchEAZE Lite comes with a free 1 year warranty for the physical base unit only, for any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by normal wear and tear, water damage, food spillage, or any other malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in manufacturing. The warranty also excludes accessories such as the insulated bag, meal container, and charger. The warranty does not guarantee functions of the mobile app on your specific phone or tablet. 

To obtain warranty service, follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact us at info@luncheaze.com so we can help determine the problem and find the most appropriate solution for you.
  2. Ship your product to our address (shipping fees not included):

  3. We will repair the unit and ship it back to you free of charge!

Extend Your Warranty

You can extend the 1 Year Warranty for an additional price. Simply select the “Extended Warranty” option when you select your model and add your desired option to your Cart.

2 Year Warranty is $12.

3 Year Warranty is $24.
