I tried to go into the settings but the buttons did not respond. The settings did not change: the temperature was not set at the desired temperature; the up and down buttons did not seem to work; the timer button would not change from, despite pressing any button.
This product does not seem to be easy to use and is very frustrating.

It heats very slowly, and even after charging for a long time, the food is not fully heated to the ideal temperature. Moreover, the charging time is very long, almost waiting for a whole night. During use, it often stops heating automatically, causing me to turn the device back on. For busy office workers, this slow heating is completely unsuitable and does not save time at all.

My kid is not a fan of the school’s hot lunch program. We don’t mind paying for his meals, but not if he doesn’t eat them. He said he would rather have us make him lunch. Typically, we pack him leftovers from the night before, whether we cook it or it’s takeout. At home, he often AirFries his own food as a snack. Whatever he chooses, it’s better than the hot lunch program from school. The only drawback with a home meal is that it can’t be warmed up. We’ve tried heating the food in the morning and packing it in an insulated thermos, but it still doesn’t stay warm. I am so glad we found the LunchEaze Core Gen 2 Cordless Heated Lunchbox. Now he can have his meals piping hot and ready at lunchtime. We just set the timer for 5 hours at 200 degrees, and 2 hours before his 12 o’clock lunch, the LunchEaze lunchbox begins warming up. By the time he opens it up, it’s nice and hot. We typically charge it the night before, but even if we forget to charge, there is enough juice to get the job done. Once charged, the entire system is set and forget it, and is cordless and hassle-free. The container and the lid are dishwasher safe. I only wish that it came with two warming trays and a travel bag. We had to use our own bag and eventually buy one because we were concerned the unit would get dinged up. For the price of the unit, it should have come with a bag and another tray (minus one star), but otherwise, the LunchEaze is great.

Great lunch warmer, just set a time to eat later or simply begin heating an hour before lunch. It keeps lunch hot once it heats up, and temperature can be adjusted as well. If heating food over rice, add a layer of food at the bottom so rice doesn’t harden in the center over heating plate. Been using it daily for a while, and it has worked flawlessly.

So far this lunch box has been great for my husband, who drives truck! Small enough to fit in his little cooler he takes for cold snacks, but big enough for a filling portion! We did need to add butter to the bottom to avoid burying rice once. Gets really hot and is easy to use! Exactly what he needed and wanted!! Was to clean and get ready again at the end of the day!

Do not listen to the 1 star reviews, they aren’t understanding this product! Phenomenal piece of work – but you have to understand what it is!
It’s NOT a microwave – it’s not supposed to heat fast.
The key is the timer feature. *You have to set up the timer and let it do its thing.*
In the morning, just put in how many hours there are until your lunchtime. So if you’re packing up at 7am and you take lunch at 1pm that’s 6 hours. Just put that in and forget about it. It’ll be hot when you take your break because it heated up in advance.
Yes, it takes 2 hours to heat up – but it’s doing that starting at 11am while you’re working. When you take your break, it’s ALREADY hot.
If you follow those instructions, you get piping hot food every time.
In terms of heating performance Im really impressed. You can put in a LOT of food. And it all heats up so thoroughly. Again, it’s basically slow-cooking for 2 hours while you’re at work, so it’s really getting in there and heating everything thoroughly.
Container comes out, so you just pack it with leftovers the night before, keep it in the fridge, and put it into the heating base in the morning.
Product itself is built really tough, nothing bends or gives way when you squeeze it, feels really solid and hasn’t given me any issues. Design is sleek, interface is really easy to understand. Love how big and clear the letters are.
American company too, which is a huge plus. Good email responses from their support team, which goes a long way in my opinion.
