The food's own moisture steams it inside the sealed container, locking in nutrients with no microwave and no chemicals. Removable stainless container.
The 304 stainless container lifts right out — pack it the night before, freeze it, and run it through the dishwasher. Thorough heating up to 220°F handles soups, stews, rice and leftovers.
