The case for your school or workplace

It's listed & labeled — the thing fire codes actually require

U.S. fire and electrical codes don't ban heating appliances — they require them to be listed and labeled by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory. LunchEAZE Junior is: it's certified to UL 1026 (electric food-serving appliances) and its battery to UL 2595 by TÜV Rheinland of North America, an OSHA-recognized NRTL, and it bears the cTUVus mark — the same legal standing as any NRTL listing mark. It is not an uncertified import; it's a listed appliance, engineered in California.

Junior's battery sits right between a smartphone's and a laptop's — and it's certified to the same strict safety standards those devices carry, plus child-safety certification they don't.

No plugs

Junior never touches a school outlet. It charges at home, overnight, from its own gentle 12 W wall charger (9V · 1.3A) — about half the draw of a phone fast-charger — then runs the whole school day on its own battery.

Certified battery

The battery is safety-certified to UL 2595 and tested to UN 38.3 — drop, vibration, altitude and temperature extremes — by TÜV Rheinland, an OSHA-recognized laboratory. It's held to the same class of standards as the batteries in school-issued laptops.

Cool-touch exterior

The outside only ever gets warm, even while food inside heats to at most 200 °F. Settings sit behind a locked control panel, heating shuts off automatically when the cycle completes, and cuts off instantly if the food container is lifted out.
