LunchEAZE comes with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, covering any manufacturing defects, starting from the date you receive your product. Please find our full policy here. Warranty can be extended by purchasing an extension, or via promotional events and sales.
Returns:
Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products. For preorders, this window is for 30 days after you receive the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and will receive a full refund minus the original shipping fee. Please find our full policy here.

What does the Manufacturing Warranty Cover?
LunchEAZE’s manufacturing warranty covers all manufacturing defects. If something doesn’t work internally, we repair or replace it for free. This includes the electronics, the battery, the heating element, and the plastic housing. Full details on the warranty are available here.
The Warranty is already included on all products for no additional cost.
What does KidCare Insurance Cover?
The KidCare Insurance is there to give you peace of mind giving LunchEAZE Junior to your young ones. It covers breakage due to drops, spills, and misuse.
As long as a photo or video can be provided of the issue, we’ll repair or replace it for as long as your policy is active.
KidCare does NOT cover lost or stolen products! We need to be able to verify the damages with photos or videos!

Is it safe to send my kids to school with?
Our first design priority was safety. We’re UL and TUV certified, plus we’re Child Product Safety accredited. We implemented several brand new safety features, including the container removal sensor, which stops the hotplate immediately when the container is removed. It also automatically shuts down when lunchtime is reached.
Are there any chemicals?
We used entirely FDA approved food grade materials for all surfaces that are touching or near the food.
The food container itself is made of 304 Stainless Steel (which is not nickel-free, no stainless steel is!). The steel has no chemical coating of any kind.
The container’s lid is made from FDA approved food grade polypropylene. It’s BPA, BPS, and BPF free. It is also free from PFAs and other forever chemicals. Please note that the lid does NOT touch the food either, it only traps the steam.
How does the food stay cold?
We always recommend putting LunchEAZE JR inside an insulated bag! The insulation will keep temperatures under control until heating begins.
How much food does it hold?
The meal container holds 600mL of food, or 2.5 cups. That’s two servings of lunch for most kids – plenty of room for kids of all ages!
How hot does the hotplate get?
The hotplate itself is adjustable, reaching temperatures of 170-200°F (it may be slightly warmer or cooler than the set temperature, the software adjusts it on-the-fly for the best experience)
Does the outside get hot?
The outside of the product gets slightly warm during use. It is totally safe to pick up and handle even while the food inside is hot. The stainless steel container will be hot from the bottom if it is removed from the base.
Can I use any lunchbag?
Yes! The outside of the product only gets slightly warm when in use, and it is safe to heat up inside of bags. If your lunchbag contains cold items, like yogurt, we recommend including an ice pack to keep those other items cold.
