Iive had so many issues with luncheaze I appreciate that they help but this is ridiculous for how expensive these things are they shouldn’t be messing up this fast

I use it daily and it’s a total game changer for those who work outside in the winter. I can also attest to its durability. It got ran over by a car in a parking lot and it still works.

I've had my luncheaze for almost two years and it is 1000% worth it. I've even had my work van broken into two separate times and both times they have taken only my luncheaze which sucked but shows that even random people want one!

Just got my lunch eaze a few days ago and absolutely love it. It saves so much time and I love being able to have a hot lunch for work.

This is my 3rd Luncheaze.. my grandson takes it for his lunch everyday it had paid for itself in 2 months. I love being anle to send him with a hot nutritious lunch.

This is the second LunchEAZE we own. By far this one is the best! Love that it has more room to add extra food for longer hours at work. I will definitely continue to buy this lunchboxes. My husband’s coworkers were impressed and he told them where to buy them. We totally recommend them.

Everything I expected, would highly recommend for anyone working in construction, and even if you don’t, it’s a really good lunchbox to re heat your meals or tv dinners

Heats perfectly and keeps meal warm. We own several brands, but this one is the best. The only things is that the dish is very small compared to the others. If the dish was a little bigger, it would be perfect. I totally recommend LunchEAZE.

Just got it , you have to press the buttons more than once for them to operate unless mines defective. You literally have to charge it every day/night

Bruv so many things to say about this. But if I were to use this at school this would've been a revolution to school lunches. But using this at work is a massive game changer to my time management. Plus I don't have to stand in line waiting at the microwave to cook. I can just set the timer in this damn thing and it'll be ready when its lunch time arrives haha.

I can't wait to play with this thing for other things like hiking while I have this thing cook up some detroit pizza slices while I'm on my way up through a hiking trail.

The lunch box is amazing and so is the customer service! My husband has had his LunchEaze for over a year, it is his favorite thing.Our puppy chewed the container top, when I went to replace it they were sold out, so I sent an email inquiring when/how to get one. Not only did I receive a response almost immediately, they’re replacing it as a courtesy. I can’t say enough good things about the lunch box and the customer service!

This is probably one of my all time favorite purchases. I bought the original with the upgraded bag and 4 extra containers mid 2021. I'm a trucker and live in the Pacific North Wet so it rains like half the year. There is absolutely nothing better than a piping hot meal on the road that is NOT fast food after working in the rain and cold. My coworkers definitely get a bit green with envy when they ask what's for lunch and they are eating cold sandwiches.

Pro tip: turn the temp of your heating plate down to about 190. Your food will still get plenty hot and your battery will last an extra hour which is great for me cause I can't always stop right at noon to eat, this gives me a bit more flexibility before it clicks off and starts to cool. Most days I turn it off with a quarter battery left.

My only 2 complaints are the lids fit a bit weird and pop open easily even after a lot of use and the upgraded bag's liner started coming a part pretty quickly.

I bought this spring 2023. I was gonna be in situations without a way to heat up my lunch at work.

First, the good: This self heating lunchbox (essentially a cordless mini crockpot) works well. It heats up everything nice and hot. Not too big, so easy to carry.

The bad: the bag didn't even last a month before the shiny plastic began to peel off the insulation. I've had $20 lunch bags last longer, so 1 star for that.

Not even 9 months in, my charger quit working. It's not covered under the warranty, so likely I'll try to find a replacement if possible but I'm not buying it from this company. I know it's the charger because I found another AC adapter that charged it a little and the light came on. But that one wasn't compatible fully so I'll continue looking for one with the same specifications that fits. 1 star for the AC adapter/charger. I don't suggest spending $200 on this, if you can't get even a year or two out of it, not counting the bag. I like the idea of this but I'm not happy with this purchase due to the charger failing.

Maybe I am not doing something right. I set the lunch time every morning and yes I have the a.m. right. However, randomly it doesn't heat it up. I dont see anything to confirm the time. It's just press the arrow key up. I will tell you I bought for my Special needs adult son. If I am missing something please let me know. He has had cold food twice now. Thanks 😊

Bought this for my son-in-law, who works night shifts. He absolutely loves the fact he doesn't need to plug it in, and is able to set the time for when he wants to eat. I bought 4 extra removable containers, so he's able to meal prep his work week.

AMAZING!!! I work in a theme park and work very long hours. I love the fact that I can freeze my favorite meals and program the luncheaze so that I can have a hot lunch. This saves me time as I don’t have to wait for a microwave. I love that it’s super easy to program and am grateful I do not need any coords or have to hunt for an outlet at work.

Just bought the upgraded Bag as the standard bag is good but not quite big enough this bag is much better loads of room in the top bit to put icepack in as i like to take yogurts and stuff that need to be cool it is well insulated from the hot bottom section well impressed with this kit nearly got everything now, will be making another purchase soon

Bought this 4 years ago never had an issue was used daily for 4 years. Finally need to buy a new one as this one just wont heat anymore. Best purchase ever and will continue to replace because its saved me more in lunch money than actually purchasing a new one!!! Buy this its worth it.

Customers service is so helpful and very details, will reply almost instantly haha (about a day or 2)
But overall definitely recommend those construction workers that don’t have a microwave or have to wait for everyone else to heat up there food

My partner is starting a new apprenticeship as an industrial electrician, and came home from his first day on the job mentioning wanting to look into heated lunchboxes. I looked at online reviews, and LunchEAZE was far and away the best available option. He doesn't have to rely on a cold brown-bag lunch (or fight his way through the microwave line), and since he only gets a 30-minute meal break, having his food be hot and ready right on his schedule means less stress for him too. We've already ordered a few more meal containers so he can meal-prep on the weekends and be ready to go. Once, when he forgot to turn the unit on in the morning, his lunch was still warm enough to eat by the end of his break just from turning it on when he got to his car to eat. The Bluetooth app was useful in initial setup, but is less useful in day-to-day usage. Thankfully the on-device menus and buttons are easy to use and intuitive! I love the peace of mind knowing that he's getting a hot, satisfying meal and not having to spend time and money on fast food or worrying about getting to a microwave. Absolutely worth the money.

Amazing product has performed flawlessly! Can actually heat up two or even three meals on a long shift. The bluetooth works but the app does leave something to be desired. Customer service is absolutely top notch. If you are on the fence, and need a great product to ensure you have hot meals at work; just buy it and buy it now!

LOVE this little lunchbox, and has all my co-workers jealous about it. No more buying lunches at fast food places daily, and it helps cut down on leftovers in the fridge. MY only complaint is the actual lunch bag. The inside is starting to tear after 5 months of use, and I really wish the top compartment was the same depth as the bottom compartment so I can bring more snacks for pre and post lunch. The outside of the lunchbox had taken a beating from being in my work truck and traveling around everywhere.

Love the fact that the company is within California, I live in the central valley. I bought it for my husband because he has no microwave at his worksite, plus most days he's on the road. At first he was hesitant, then fell in love with the fact he can have a warm meal for lunch. Especially on a cold winter day up in the beautiful mountains of Yosemite. The battery stopped working on exactly one year of purchase, the price of a replacement was reasonable. Recommend it 100%

I'm a flight attendant and I fly long days. I didn't get to have hot meals at work until I bought my Luncheaze. I've told other coworkers about it and a few have bought their own. It's one of my favorite products I've ever had.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the product. However, after doing cost-benefit analysis ROI wasn't present when considering use of the product. I think a lower price would position better for market entry.

This is excellent for a child to bring to school and have a hot lunch. This product does get hot and rarely fails to turn on at the scheduled time. It is a bit hot sometimes as heating something at 170 for 2 hours is too much for some dishes but that's solved by placing a wet paper towel over or under the food. The unit tends to tear up the lining of the insulated case so I replaced mine after a year. The battery also lasted a bit more than a year before I had to replace it. Replacement was a simple task. Overall, my first LunchEaze Original lasted almost 2 years before the plastic tabs on the case where the lid attaches broke. The metal food tray is no longer held down to the heating element, so not good. The plastic tabs should be thicker.
Some may be concerned about the overall weight but it was fine for myu 5th grade boy who has an additional heavy book bag. The standard bag comes with a shoulder strap and also has that nice pocket above the heating unit to carry the rest of a lunch. The bag easily accommodates a small soup thermos and plenty of snacks.
My son was the talk of 5th grade with his stylish, self-heating lunchbox and the easy hot lunches I can make for him. There's no need to preheat or cook dishes in the morning. This unit is a 2 hour oven, if you need that much heat.

My man loves it! Although wish there were bigger dishes! When my man eats he EATS lol.

is a great product-- only tip I got is --- instructions say set timer 2 hours before lunch time -- I recommend 1.5 hours before lunch time so if your running late it is still heating and is heating as you eat

I didn't like the fact that there is no warranty on some of the parts.
My zipper broke after the first few months. I was told that I have to purchase another pouch for $19.99
I also think you should place emphasis on charging & re-charging the battery when not in use for more than a couple of weeks .

Recommending to all mothers I know! It is so easy for kids to just open their lunchbox and their food is ready! I set the time to his lunch hour and once he opens it it's good to go. He loves it! Parents should know more about LunchEAZE!

This product is great! I've seen other similar products on the market but nothing compares to this one. The rechargeable lithium battery sets this product higher than the rest. It's made sturdy and does the job incredibly well. My lunch is always made nice and hot and I don't have to worry about plugging it in anywhere for it to get the job done. 5 out of 5 stars!

Its a good product for leftovers. Only issue I had was battery did not last long but company sent me a replacement. It would be helpful if there was a indicator for fully charged battery.

LunchEAZE has helped my man enjoy his meal hot and ready. For truck drivers, there is no time or place to stop and warm up your food. Having LunchEAZE, it has been a breeze! The only thing i wish is to maybe have a bigger tubberware size because my man can eat but overall best purchase for work!

I just wish there was an auto on button. My kid take his to school and at times if he forgets to turn it on, he ends up with a cold lunch. There should be a feature that will autopsies on without someone having to hit the power button.

it was great when I first used it. but after a few months of use. I would give it a 2-3/5. There have been some issues with the quality. The interior lining has already ripped. The lid for the container doesn't close tightly. Did not think I needed to charge it every night. The black latches that hold the container kind of gets in the way when trying to eat.

Other than that it works great. Saves me $$ from dining out which paid for itself.
