There are two types of batteries- Type A and Type B. They have different connectors.

All orders placed starting Jan 1st 2024 contain Battery Type B by default. 

Please double-check your LunchEAZE and order the battery with the correct connector. To find your correct type, please take a look at the battery you already have installed in your LunchEAZE.

We cannot accept exchanges if the wrong battery type is selected by the customer.
